What you will do
- Improve passage retrieval across scanned 990s, audits and spreadsheets
- Build evaluation sets for citation precision with the grant science team
- Cut first-draft latency below 60 seconds per section
What you bring
- 5+ years building search or retrieval systems in production
- Strong Python or TypeScript, comfort with vector and lexical indexes
- Care about getting facts exactly right
