Cedar Valley Literacy Council has delivered adult basic education in Linn and Johnson counties since 2004. In FY2025 we enrolled 1,142 adult learners, 61% of whom tested below a sixth-grade reading level at intake. Learners who completed 60 or more instructional hours gained an average of 1.4 educational functioning levels, measured on CASAS reading assessments. We propose to extend evening instruction to two rural library branches where no adult education provider currently operates.

Can we use it for foundation proposals and LOIs?
Yes. Foundation proposals, LOIs, corporate applications and state solicitations all use the same vault and revision tools.
Do some federal agencies restrict AI use in applications?
