How teams roll it out
- step 1/4
Load the award
Upload the Notice of Award or grant agreement. Terms, dates and the approved budget are extracted.
- step 2/4
Connect data
Map program metrics to the outcomes in your logic model.
- step 3/4
Draft the report
Narratives cite the data export and period they came from.
- step 4/4
Review and file
Your team edits and files in the agency system or funder portal.
“Our quarterly report used to eat a week. Now it is a morning of review, and the program officer gets the same numbers that are in our dashboard.”
What Post-Award Reporting does not do
- It does not file reports in federal systems on your behalf.
- It does not alter program data; it reports what your exports contain.

Questions, answered
Which federal reports does it support?
RPPR narratives for research awards, SF-PPR performance narratives and the supporting figures for the SF-425 Federal Financial Report, plus agency-specific progress formats such as HRSA and DOJ performance reports.
Can it pull from our case management system?
Any system that exports CSV or XLSX works today. Direct connectors exist for Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and the CRMs on our integrations page.
Does it help with closeout?
Yes. A closeout checklist tracks final financial and performance reports, property reporting and the 120-day recipient deadline.
