The agreement between your organization and ELIXIR CONSUMERS for use of the service.
The service
ELIXIR CONSUMERS provides software to organize institutional documents, analyze funding solicitations, draft grant materials and track post-award obligations. ELIXIR CONSUMERS is authoring and administrative software. It does not guarantee grant awards or funding approvals.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of content you upload, for reviewing every draft before use, for final submission decisions and certifications, and for following each funder's rules, including any limits on AI-assisted writing.
Customer content
You own your content. You grant ELIXIR CONSUMERS a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service. We do not use customer content to train models.
Trials and fees
Free trials last 14 days. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in an order form.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to fabricate evidence, submit false certifications, infringe rights, or attempt to access other tenants' data.
Confidentiality and security
Each party protects the other's confidential information with reasonable care. Our security commitments are described in our Security Standards.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided as described in the documentation. Except for breaches of confidentiality, each party's liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. Neither party is liable for lost awards, profits or indirect damages.
Term and termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days. On termination you may export your content for 30 days, after which it is deleted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Guwahati, Assam have exclusive jurisdiction, unless an order form states otherwise.
