Who we are

ELIXIR CONSUMERS PRIVATE LIMITED ("ELIXIR CONSUMERS") operates elixirconsumers.com and the ELIXIR CONSUMERS application. Our headquarters are at H No. 3 Nabagha Kharghuli Road, Ghy Uzanbazar, Kharguli, GMC, Kamrup, Assam 781004, India. Contact our privacy team at privacy@elixirconsumers.com.

Data we collect

Account data: name, work email, organization, role and billing contact.

Customer content: documents, drafts, reports and comments you upload or create. We process customer content only to provide the service, under our Terms and Data Processing Addendum.

Usage data: pages visited, features used, device and browser type, collected to operate and secure the service.

Marketing data: form submissions and newsletter subscriptions.

How we use data

To provide, secure and support the service; to bill; to send service and, where you agree, marketing messages; and to comply with law. We never sell personal data and never use customer content to train AI models.

Sharing

With subprocessors listed on our Subprocessors page under written contracts; with professional advisors; and where required by law. Each subprocessor is bound to confidentiality and security obligations at least as protective as ours.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and for up to 24 months after, unless law requires longer. Customer content is deleted within 30 days of termination or sooner on request.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your personal data, and object to processing. Email privacy@elixirconsumers.com; we respond within 30 days. Residents of India may contact our Grievance Officer at the same address under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

International transfers

Customer content is hosted in the United States. Limited support access may occur from India under contractual safeguards and audited, just-in-time controls.

Changes

We will post changes here and notify account owners by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect.
