Pricing questions

What counts as an active proposal?

Any proposal workspace with edits in the current billing month. Archived, submitted and template workspaces do not count toward the Starter limit.

How many seats are included?

Starter includes one writer seat, Growth five, Enterprise is sized to your team. Reviewers who only comment and approve are free on every plan.

What is the difference between annual and monthly billing?

Annual billing costs the equivalent of ten months: $2,990 for Starter and $6,990 for Growth, paid up front.

Is there a free trial?

Every plan starts with a 14-day free production trial with full features and no card required. Your vault and drafts carry over when you subscribe.

Do you offer nonprofit discounts?

Pricing is set for nonprofits. Organizations under $1.5M in annual budget can apply for a 25% community rate on Starter.

Can we export our data if we cancel?

Yes. Export your full vault, every proposal and version history as files at any time. After cancellation, data is deleted within 30 days unless you ask for sooner.

Do you offer custom training?

Growth includes live onboarding and vault setup. Enterprise adds role-based training for writers, program staff and finance.

Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?

Annual Growth and all Enterprise plans can pay by invoice with net-30 terms, ACH or check.

Is grant funding an allowable way to pay?

Many organizations charge software like ELIXIR CONSUMERS to indirect costs or, where the award allows, as a direct cost. Confirm allowability with your finance team and the award terms.

How does the Consultant Partner tier bill?

Partners pay per active client workspace each month, with a firm workspace included. Contact partners@elixirconsumers.com for current rates.
