- Sage Intacct Web Services API using a Web Services sender ID and a dedicated Web Services user that your Intacct administrator creates with read-only permissions. ELIXIR CONSUMERS reads accounts, dimensions, GL detail and budgets. No transactions are written.
Nonprofits, health centers and local governments on Sage Intacct usually track grants with dimensions such as project, location, department or a custom grant dimension. ELIXIR CONSUMERS reads GL detail and budgets by those dimensions, so budget justifications, budget-to-actual reports and the expense support behind a federal drawdown come from the same ledger your auditors test.

No. The Web Services user is read-only by design.

Yes. You map the dimension during setup, whether it is a standard project dimension or a user-defined dimension.

No. ELIXIR CONSUMERS drafts the figures with their sources. Your finance staff review them and file the report in the awarding agency's system.
