SmartSimple account holders: the SmartSimple Cloud API with credentials created by your system administrator, used read-only for your own application and award records.
SmartSimple Cloud runs application portals for many state agencies, public funders and foundations, often with long multi-tab forms and per-field limits. ELIXIR CONSUMERS imports the solicitation and form questions, drafts each answer from your vault, and exports a tab-by-tab response sheet for the person entering the application. Organizations that run SmartSimple for their own programs can connect through its API.

No. The portal belongs to the funder. ELIXIR CONSUMERS prepares the content and layout so entry is copy, check and upload.
Does it handle forms with many tabs?
Yes. The export follows the portal's tab order and lists required uploads for each tab, so nothing is missed at the end.
Is the SmartSimple API connection needed?
Only if your organization runs its own SmartSimple instance. Applicants to a SmartSimple portal only need the response export.
