Neon CRM is common at small and mid-sized nonprofits that manage donors, members and grants in one database. ELIXIR CONSUMERS reads organization accounts, grant donations and campaigns through the Neon CRM API, adds funder history to each proposal, and logs an activity on the funder's account when a proposal or report is submitted.

No. It writes activities only. Donation entry and acknowledgment stay with your team.
What permissions does the API user need?
Read access to accounts, donations and campaigns, and write access to activities. Creating a dedicated Neon user for the connection is the cleanest option.

This connection covers Neon CRM. Other Neon One products are not part of this integration.
