Virtuous organizations often track institutional gifts by project so program and development staff share the same view of restricted funds. ELIXIR CONSUMERS reads organization contacts, gifts and projects through the Virtuous API, so each proposal shows what a funder has supported before and which projects it funded, and writes a note to the contact when a proposal or report goes out.
